Current Music: This Year's Love-David Grey
Wow, it has been a while. Other than all the school crap that has been loaded onto me within two weeks, haven't had the time to write about anything, nor had any form of fun to write about. However,
Satuday was my two-year anniversary with Phil. This had to be the most wonderful day I have ever had.
First he surprised me with two tickets to see Avenue Q, one I had yet to see but knew all the songs to. It is now one of my favorite musicals, and we'll be going back, this time with Lenny so he too can enjoy it.
Then we walked around the city for a little while, had lunch at Au Bon Pain before heading back (he was going to by backstage passes for us after the show, but once it reached 175 we decided against it, although it would have been awesome).
After arriving in Secaucus around 5:00ish, he took me shopping at an outlet that opened in Edgewater not too long ago. I spent the last few tens that I was saving for the week, but oh well. I bought the cutest white sundress, two pairs of flip flops from Old Navy (white to match the dress, and a pretty soft pink pair), and a bra from Victoria Secret that I soon realized I didn't need, and had Phil go return it for me so I could use the money towards the dress, lol.
By the time we finished shopping, it was time to head to the Chart House for our 10:00 dinner reservation, where we saw Sead and Crystal Leonard. I ordered the prime rib, and Phil the N.Y. Strip Steak. Yummmmm....
When we finished, we headed back to my house where we went to my room, cuddled into bed for a few minutes until it was time for him to leave, not before he tucked me in. :-)
It was a beautiful night and I can't wait for what he has in store for next year, hehe.
